Our mission ¶

Wavesite helps people build and publish sites quickly. Keep it safe, legal, and respectful.

Zero‑tolerance (immediate removal/ban) ¶

• Child sexual exploitation or sexual content involving minors
• Threats, violent extremism, or incitement to harm
• Doxxing and privacy invasions
• Non‑consensual intimate imagery
• Fraud, scams, phishing, or malware
• Clear IP infringement

Restricted (may be age‑gated, blurred, limited, or require labels) ¶

• Adult content (no minors, no exploitation)
• Graphic medical or violent content (contextualized)
• AI‑generated media that depicts real people/events must be labeled as AI/synthetic

Creator responsibilities

• Publish only content you have rights to.
• Follow applicable laws for your audience (e.g., consumer, advertising, accessibility, and data protection).
• If you collect data on your site, disclose it with your own Terms/Privacy pages (we supply templates).

Integrity & spam ¶

• No deceptive SEO, keyword stuffing, link farms, or fake engagement.
• No misuse of our brand or impersonation.

Reporting & blocking ¶

• Use “Report” on any page/profile and “Block” to prevent contact. We aim to review reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action.

Enforcement ¶

• We may remove content, limit reach, unpublish sites, suspend or terminate accounts, and notify authorities where required. Repeated or severe violations lead to account bans. You may appeal within 14 days at team@cloudsurf.com.
